Bikini Boot Camp welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness. From the first time novice to the fitness fanatic every workout is guaranteed to be challenging and fun while you work toward your personal best. The program has been specifically designed for you!

Our basic 8 week programs consist of:

  • 2 - 60min Outdoor Group Training workouts per week
  • Development of 4 day/wk workout program
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Small group of women (*we keep the program size small to offer you the individual attention you deserve)

Functional Movement Screens

The Functional Movement Screen is an innovative system used to evaluate movement pattern quality. Comprised of seven fundamental movement patterns that require a balance of mobility and stability, these fundamental movement patterns are designed to exaggerate your biomechanical limitations and highlight what needs to be strengthened or stabilized. This is a new way to assess clients and fits perfectly into Bikini Boot Camp's functional fitness philosophy. For more information visit the FMS website

Initial Functional Movement Screen (30mins)

  • Scheduled within the 2 weeks prior to program start date
  • Please wear athletic clothing

Follow up Functional Movement Screen (30 mins)

  • Scheduled within the first 2 weeks following the program
  • Please wear athletic clothing

  • Engaged in an active lifestyle or starting back into a program after time off or injury
  • Can easily run for 5 mins
  • Current baseline level of fitness of 0-2 workouts per week


  • Current baseline level of fitness of 2-3 workouts per week
  • 20+ mins cardio capacity on elliptical, bike, treadmill, etc...
  • Familiar with the use of free weights


Perfect for those who work downtown or close to it. Workouts will only be held at 2 locations in the heart of downtown. The Corporate Lunch workouts last one hour so that you can get back to the office — your warm up and cool down are the walk/run from the office to the park and back. You'll be energized and ready for the last half of your workday! The evening Corporate workouts last 75mins and include your warm up and cool down.


Designed for new moms. Babies ages 6wks-1yr are welcome to attend the workout. Learn how to incorporate your child into your physical activity. What a wonderful opportunity to meet new moms while being a fantastic role model for your little one.

Retreats, Escapes and Adventures

Have you ever wanted to join us on one of our fabulous weekend or week long escapes and adventures?  Join us to experience laughter, fun, adventure, culture, relaxation, thrills, fitness and friendship.  Escapes and adventures are a great way to reconnect and share fun times with friends and and family or are a great way to meet new friends on your own.  So many ladies want to try an active holiday but don't know where to start.  When you travel with us you are instantly part of the Bikini Boot Camp community of fun, friendship and laughter. 

Past escapes and adventures include Bikini Boot Camp Mayan Riviera, Bikini Boot Camp in the Rockies Emerald Lake Lodge, and Bikini Boot Camp Sicily, Italy.

Team Bikini Race Training

RMSC Women’s Run- Canmore, Ab

We LOVE The Rocky Mountain Soap Company!  Not only are they Canada’s leader in 100% Natural Bath and Body products but they have taken things 1 step further in creating a run specifically for women!  Join us as we join the RMSC in celebrating women and giving back to the community. 10km is a fabulous distance in beautiful Canmore.

A healthy post-race reception, well-being stations along the course, a non-competitive atmosphere and amazing swag (lots of RMS products!) will make this event an unforgettable experience for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Banff-Jasper Relay

Are you a runner looking for a new challenge?  The Banff-Jasper relay is the race for you!  Offering a competitive edge and a whole lot of FUN, this fabulous run occurs on the Icefields Parkway between Banff and Jasper, some of the most picturesque scenery in the world.  The team consists of 15 women who run a total of 258kms.  Each runner is assigned a specific ‘leg’ that ranges from 14.8-26.8kms.  Join Us!

Race date: The first Saturday in June. (teams leaves Calgary Friday at 3pm and arrives back in Calgary Sunday afternoon). See the Schedule Page for date and to register.

Training starts: February

Calgary Women’s Run

Bikini Boot Camp is once again sponsoring the Calgary Women's Run!  Join our team and experience running with the finest team to hit the pathways this summer.  All abilities are welcome.  Categories include; 5km & 10km distances and mother/daughter.
