PROGRAMS

Bikini Boot Camp welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness. From the first time novice to the fitness fanatic every workout is guaranteed to be challenging and fun while you work toward your personal best. The program has been specifically designed for you!

Our basic 8 week programs consist of:

  • Initial and Follow-Up Consultation *details below
  • 2 - 75min Outdoor Group Training workouts per week
  • Development of 4 day/wk workout program
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Limit of 12 women per group (*we keep the program size small to offer you the individual attention you deserve)

Initial Consultation (1hr)

  • Scheduled within the 2 weeks prior to program start date
  • 1-on-1 time with your trainer to determine your baseline fitness level & discuss fitness goals

BEGINNER BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Engaged in an active lifestyle or starting back into a program after time off or injury
  • Can easily run for 5 mins
  • Current baseline level of fitness of 0-2 workouts per week

INTERMEDIATE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Current baseline level of fitness of 2-3 workouts per week
  • 20+ mins cardio capacity on elliptical, bike, treadmill, etc...
  • Familiar with the use of free weights

ADVANCED BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Looking for variation and increased intensity in your workouts
  • Ready to PUSH IT

CORPORATE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Perfect for those who work downtown or close to it. Workouts will only be held at 2 locations in the heart of downtown. The Corporate Lunch workouts last one hour so that you can get back to the office — your warm up and cool down are the walk/run from the office to the park and back. You'll be energized and ready for the last half of your workday! The evening Corporate workouts last 75mins and include your warm up and cool down.

45+ & FABULOUS

BIKINI BOOT CAMP designed for those of you who have got the kids off to school & out of the house. Now it's time for you! Surround yourself with other women going through the same life changes while working up a sweat! It's time to show everyone how fabulous you are!

PRE-NATAL BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Designed specifically for the moms-to-be. Specific focus on pelvic stabilization, posture & cardiovascular endurance with tips on how to maximize your efforts during delivery. They say that giving birth is just like running a marathon- after your 8 weeks with us you will be ready!

POST-NATAL BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Designed for new moms. Babies ages 6wks-1yr are welcome to attend the workout. Learn how to incorporate your child into your physical activity. What a wonderful opportunity to meet new moms while being a fantastic role model for your little one.

Team Bikini Escapes and Adventures

Have you ever wanted to join us on one of our fabulous weekend or week long escapes and adventures?  Join us to experience laughter, fun, adventure, culture, relaxation, thrills, fitness and friendship.  Escapes and adventures are a great way to reconnect and share fun times with friends and and family or are a great way to meet new friends on your own.  So many ladies want to try an active holiday but don't know where to start.  When you travel with us you are instantly part of the Bikini Boot Camp community of fun, friendship and laughter.

Bikini Boot Camp’s Race Training is over 7 years in the making.  Many ladies originally join our Bikini Boot Camp programs to lose their last 10lbs.  Once achieved, they then turn to other challenges, typically some sort of race or event that continues to push them towards their personal best.  We have been fortunate to have a front row seat to many remarkable accomplishments.  Join Team Bikini’s Race Training and allow us to support you through your 1st walk/run or cheer you on during your marathon!

BANFF JASPER RELAY

Banff-Jasper Relay

Are you a runner looking for a new challenge?  The Banff-Jasper relay is the race for you!  Offering a competitive edge and a whole lot of FUN, this fabulous run occurs on the Icefields Parkway between Banff and Jasper, some of the most picturesque scenery in the world.  The team consists of 15 women who run a total of 258kms.  Each runner is assigned a specific ‘leg’ that ranges from 14.8-26.8kms.  Join Us!

Race date: June 2, 2012 (teams leaves Calgary Friday at 3pm and arrives back in Calgary Sunday afternoon).

NIKE WOMEN'S MARATHON - SAN FRANCISCO

Nike Women’s Run- San Fransisco

 

October 2010 - 97 fabulous Bikini Boot Camp ladies, and a few supportive men, made our way to San Francisco as part of the 2nd Bikini Boot Camp team to run the Nike Women's Run.  The event was INCREDIBLE with over 20,000 participants running the streets of San Francisco!

 

Join us again!  Mark your calendars and get ready for a weekend of pampering, indulging and celebrating!

 

Race entry will again be by lottery and Bikini Boot Camp will let you know how to become part of the team.  Mass emails regarding this event will be sent out to our database.  We encourage you to read the Nike Women's Run emails carefully!  The 1st email is scheduled to go out in February.  Once the team members have been entered we are unable to add or delete names to the team roster.  Stay tuned for more details to follow soon!

About Nike Women’s Run:

The 8th annual Nike Women's Full and Half Marathon will take place October 2011 in picturesque San Francisco, California.  Once again, runners will be able to experience a beautiful course through San Francisco streets, a three-day Expotique in Union Square and will receive an official finisher's necklace designed by Tiffany & Co, given to you by a fireman!

Calgary Women’s Run

Bikini Boot Camp is once again sponsoring and entering a team into the 33rd Annual Calgary Women's Run!  Join our team and experience running with the finest team to hit the pathways this summer.  All abilities are welcome.  Categories include; 5km & 10km distances, kids race & mother/daughter.  Note: $5 discount for Bikini Boot Camp participants

RUN FOR THE CURE

Run for the Cure

Join Team Bikini for Run for the Cure!  This is a 1km walk, 5km walk or run in support of breast cancer research, education and awareness. Each year, tens of thousands take part in this great event simultaneously across Canada!  It is a great race for beginners, and veterans alike, and is open to all ages, all backgrounds and all levels of fitness!

About the Run for a Cure: 

The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada's largest single day, volunteer-led fundraising event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, and education and awareness programs.

Each year, thousands of Canadians of all ages and from all walks of life unite to participate in the Run. Their reasons for participating vary, but they all have the same goal; to create a future without breast cancer.

On Sunday, October 2, 2011, Run, Walk and Give Generously.
