Bikini Boot Camp welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness. From the first time novice to the fitness fanatic every workout is guaranteed to be challenging and fun while you work toward your personal best. The program has been specifically designed for you!

Our basic 8 week programs consist of:

  • Initial and Follow-Up Consultation *details below
  • 2 - 75min Outdoor Group Training workouts per week
  • Development of 4 day/wk workout program
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Limit of 12 women per group (*we keep the program size small to offer you the individual attention you deserve)

Initial Consultation (1hr)

  • Scheduled within the 2 weeks prior to program start date
  • 1-on-1 time with your trainer to determine your baseline fitness level & discuss fitness goals

INTRO TO FABULOUS

  • New to exercise or limited due to injuries
  • Can walk for 5-10 mins
  • Would like someone to give them the attention they need to get into a routine

BEGINNER BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Engaged in an active lifestyle or starting back into a program after time off or injury
  • Can easily run for 5 mins
  • Current baseline level of fitness of 0-2 workouts per week

INTERMEDIATE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Current baseline level of fitness of 2-3 workouts per week
  • 20+ mins cardio capacity on elliptical, bike, treadmill, etc...
  • Familiar with the use of free weights

ADVANCED BIKINI BOOT CAMP

  • Looking for variation and increased intensity in your workouts
  • Ready to PUSH IT

CARDIO CORE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

CORPORATE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Perfect for those who work downtown or close to it. Workouts will only be held at 2 locations in the heart of downtown. The Corporate Lunch workouts last one hour so that you can get back to the office — your warm up and cool down are the walk/run from the office to the park and back. You'll be energized and ready for the last half of your workday! The evening Corporate workouts last 75mins and include your warm up and cool down.

RAW FOR MEN ONLY

RAW is a program designed for men to increase cardio capacity and
endurance, improve speed and agility, and gain strength and a chiseled
body with absolutely NO equipment!  If you are tired of the same old
routine and want to spice things up and get results, you need RAW!

EXTREME BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Looking for an intense cross training activity, to increase your running speed or triathlon transition time?  We have teamed up with the best to provide you with all the nitty-gritty to get your body functioning at its highest capacity.  Program includes pre VO2max testing & zone specific training provided by Peak Power and sports specific nutritional guidance provided by BodyMind Nutrition.

ADVENTURE BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Let's try something NEW!! Bikini Boot Camp has brought in the experts to teach you how to mountain bike, rollerblade, hike, row... Get in that 3rd Bikini Boot Camp workout by adding our 90 minute adventure drop in workout to your schedule. Workouts will be held Saturday mornings and will run from June to September. The adventure workouts will be located at various locations within the city limits. Registration for these workouts will be available March 15, 2009.

PRE-NATAL BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Designed specifically for the moms-to-be. Specific focus on pelvic stabilization, posture & cardiovascular endurance with tips on how to maximize your efforts during delivery. They say that giving birth is just like running a marathon- after your 8 weeks with us you will be ready!

POST-NATAL BIKINI BOOT CAMP

Designed for new moms. Babies ages 6wks-1yr are welcome to attend the workout. Learn how to incorporate your child into your physical activity. What a wonderful opportunity to meet new moms while being a fantastic role model for your little one.

STROLLER

We have enjoyed having so many of you join us for our post-natal
programs!  Watching you both through the 1st year is a great gift.
Our post-natal program welcomes children between 6wks-1yr but what
about those kids older than 1 yr or those who have older siblings?

Bikini Boot Camp introduces the Stroller Program!  A program that
allows Moms to get in their kickbutt workout with the kids!  Workouts
are designed around strollers so all age ranges are welcome to attend.
All you need is a stroller that will sit the appropriate amount of
children.

*Workouts will last 60mins.  Taking your children out in the stroller
for 60mins prior to the program start is highly recommended so that
they get used to spending time in the stroller.

45+ & FABULOUS

BIKINI BOOT CAMP designed for those of you who have got the kids off to school & out of the house. Now it's time for you! Surround yourself with other women going through the same life changes while working up a sweat! It's time to show everyone how fabulous you are!

BIKINI BOOT CAMP designed to create a mother/daughter moment surrounding exercise and healthy lifestyles. Full of fun & positive encouragement, you will both be put through the paces while learning about proper posture, healthy eating habits & all that other fun stuff! Girls ages 10-16 years are welcome.
