Dawn and I spent a few days in Regina last week. Regina is Dawn's hometown but it has been over 10 years since my last visit and I forgot how beautiful the city is, even at 5:45am. It was great to spend time with the trainers and the participants. Thanks for the butt kicking! We look forward to our next visit!
