A shout out to Ara!

Our own Ara Van Der Mark is in the news!

Today is the first day of winter, but that doesn't stop our amazing trainers from getting outside to workout. And it doesn't stop Ara from getting down and doing the hard work either! Here's a great picture of Ara in a local Calgary newspaper!
