Bikini Boot Camp 12 Days of Christmas!
From December 13 to December 24 Bikini Boot Camp is celebrating the holiday season with our own twist on the 12 Days of Christmas! Each day Bikini Boot Camp will post a video on our Blog with the addition of an exercise on it. All you need to do is check the blog and watch the short video clip, see what exercise we added in and post it on Bikini Boot Camp Facebook!

The work out can be modified for any fitness level whether beginner or advanced. To make it easier, take more breaks in between moves and modify the exercises. If you want a more advanced calorie burning ‘song’, simply change the number of repetitions to 10 for all days or time yourself to see how long it takes to get through the ‘twelve days’. Customize this work out song for any age group. Somersaults and hops for kids or wall push ups and arm circles for seniors. Use your imagination and have fun!
