Come to the Lakes!

Our lake workouts are a huge success! Ladies are loving the workouts on the beach. There are a few spots left, come and join the fun! If you're already working out on the beach, tell us about it, we'd love to hear from you!

Lake workouts are available in Saskatchewan at Candle Lake, Emma and Christopher Lake, and on the beach in Kelowna, BC.

A Shout Out to TL in Toronto!

We'd like to send a big shout out to TL in Toronto for doing such an awesome job. Here's some feedback from one of our newest participants. Keep up the great work TL!

Just a quick email to rave about TL Bonnar. I just finished my first 8 week session of bikini boot camp in Toronto (Danforth location). When I started I couldn't run longer than 2 minutes. Thanks to TL I feel better about myself, can almost run 5kms without stopping and made some great friends along the way.

TL's methods, outstanding personality and amazing training skills made boot camp even better than I ever imagined. This is probably the best investment I have ever made in myself. I wouldn't have tried so hard and pushed throughwithout TL's continued encouragement.

Again- TL is amazing!! I have already signed up for the next session and can't wait!!!!
