Family Day was Awesome!

Thank you goes out to all the participants that brought their families to our First Annual Family Day workout! Workouts took place in Calgary, Red Deer, and Regina!

A shout out to all the trainers that put on such a great event! Everywhere I turned I saw smiling faces and lots of laughs. I'll have some pictures to post soon!
